Making a claim to an Employment Tribunal can be a lengthy and stressful experience. We can advise you regarding the merits and weaknesses of your case, the type of claim that you may be able to pursue, how you can fund your case, what the process will involve and how long it is likely to last.

You will then be able to make an informed decision on how you want to proceed.

We will always act in your best interest.

Employment Tribunal claims have tight time limits and most claims must be brought within three months of the act about which you are complaining.

Initial Advice

Please complete the employment referral form and include as much detail about your case as possible.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to inform if we believe that you have a viable case or not.

If you have a viable case then we will arrange to meet you to discuss your case.

Our initial advice and assessment of your case will include consideration of the above matters. Once we are aware of all the facts and have received all the relevant documentation we will also prepare a case plan to include details of your individual claim, its strengths/weaknesses, the evidence that will be required and a realistic settlement value.

If we advise that you should make a claim then we will tell you about the process to be undertaken in your case. In some instances you will be require you to go through a grievance procedure and in many cases an early settlement may be reached using ACAS conciliation.

We will offer our full support and strive to obtain your desired settlement.
