Employment Tribunal claims have tight time limits and most claims must be brought within three months of the act about which you are complaining.

If we advise that you should make a claim then we will tell you about the process to be undertaken in your case. In some instances you will be require you to go through a grievance procedure and in many cases an early settlement may be reached using ACAS conciliation.
